Ques 20 is worded wrong. It can be "c" as well. If the pedestrian has an Island "c" is correct . If there is no Island "A" is correct

yeah but the question says if 'You are coming up to a school patrol crossing and both signs are held out. When can you drive on?'if they wanted to ask you about the raised islands they'd just ask a question about the islands !

Having set no Goal there is nothing to acomplish therefore the perfect announcement for the word "Boredom" enters. Therefore we have a slight amount of space for achievement because there is no Goal set to achieve.
