I'm pretty sure moped is a scooter type of cycle. I agree - reason is pretty dumb here!

why do you need to know when the law came in to effect? why not just know the law about not using a cell phone while driving?

some of these questions are really f***ing irrelevant you dont even need to know to be a good driver.

do you need a licence if your moped is under 50cc i used to have a pushbike with an engine on it and that was ok i got pulled over the other day and the coper was to busy laughing at my under powered moped to give me a ticket
